Surveys

All surveys are free of charge, and they include drawings and revisions.

Payment

Supply Only: We require a 50% deposit of the total amount upon order and a 50% final payment prior to delivery.

Supply & Installation: We require a 50% deposit of the total amount upon order and a 50% final payment upon completion of all agreed works.

Ordering

Orders are not placed until the required 50% deposit is received.

Removal/Disposal

We do not charge for the removal/disposal of any existing doors, screens or windows.

Warranty

  • Frames – 10 Years

  • Hardware – 18 Months

  • Glass – 5 Years

The glass, including single glazing, double glazing or fire rated glass is covered by a 5 year warranty from installation. This does not include any accidental breakage cover which will incur an additional fee to rectify.

Cooling Off Period (Crittall Steel)

The purchaser has the right to cancel within 14 days of ordering, and they will receive a full refund of any deposits made with no admin fees. A cancellation can be made within and up to a maximum of 4 weeks from ordering, and this will incur a £300 admin fee* deductible from the refunded deposit amount.

  • 0 – 14 days (No Fee)

  • 14 days – 4 weeks (£300 admin fee*)

  • 4 weeks + (Cannot cancel due to manufacturing)

*The admin fee covers surveys, design and admin costs.
